Help w/ Airhogs Havoc Heli?

Alright so when I went to fool around with one of my helis today,( Note, havent played with them in a while) but when I went to fly my blue one, all it did was spin counterclockwise and not even hover off the ground. And when I tried to fly it off an elevation, all it did was spin counterclockwise and fall to the ground. I tried to trim it, but it doesn't seem to work. My other one works fine. I got like that combo thing with the laser battle. Anybody know what I could do to fix it? Any way to fix it? Oh and I am NOT sending it back to the company.

This is very common, a pain no less but has plagued almost every buyer of the indoor type infrared helicopter's.

First be sure to charge it fully.
2nd look for any hair's wrapped around the tail rotor. even 1 tiny hair can be the culprit.
Next turn the trim controls on the controller to keep it from spinning. What the tail rotor does is keeps it from doing what it's doing now-spinning around in a circle.
Hold it in your hand and use your throttle button ( slowly ) not full power. About half should do fine. Then start by turning the trim control one way or the next until it stops. This should take about 10-15 minutes to get it correct. It's not going to be a quick fix. These things do take time. I've messed with several of these all different brands and they can be difficult.
