I need a good 6th pokemon to fit my team in pokemon heartgold, suggestions?
my team that has got through the first 8 badges:
Jolteon: lvl 38
Feraaligatr: lvl 40
charizard: lvl 37
gabite: lvl 36
kadabra: lvl 37
Your team is relatively balanced except for the fact that you are missing a wall and a pokemon that can inflict status conditions. Instead of Charizard I would put Metagross and I would also add a Crobat because he can inflict sleep and poison quickly and easily. You can also go for power and add a Lucario who is a very powerful and useful pokemon who could definitely help your team. Besides those I think you need to add a spiker or a pokemon who can set up stealth rock like Skarmory or Forretress. Once you have done that I think your team will be pretty balanced and you should not have problems dealing with your opponents. Also if you want wicked strong pokemon and ideas for how to breed to get really good movesets I suggest going to Serebii.net and looking at the game mechanics section. You also could look at the 4th generation pokemon of the week to find good movesets. Good Luck with your team and I hope I helped
