How can I Create Jet engine & Rocket Engine ? Please Help I Need It !!!?

I Find a link (ebay) that they are sell CD that show how build engine but I can't buy theme .can Any one help me?

I had a look at those plans on ebay and if you aren't a very experienced machinist with access to modern CNC machining Equipment those plans are clearly beyond your ability. Due to the very high temperatures and rotational speeds of gas turbine engines, exotic materials, tight tolerances and close balances must be obtained and maintained throughout. You never mentioned what use you have for these items, be it a model plane or other scale item. If I might suggest as a less expensive but useful substitute, common solid fuel rocket engines used for model rockets and sold as toys with such brands as Estes, Aerotech, Quest. These might provide the thrust you require at a tiny fraction of the cost of that of a jet, but of much shorter duration. Even some of the larger of the common rocket engines provide 12 or more pounds of thrust for a few furious seconds. Remember, any of these things can severely burn, injure, or even kill you or others nearby even if you are very careful and make no mistakes at all in your design or fabrication. Such is the nature of the beast I'm afraid, it is rocket science after all.
