I used some cheats, that explains the banned cards
This is more of a "Pegasus"deck than a toon. Take out the dark rabbits and toon alligators as they don't really fit. Shift is best replaced with a negation card or a weakening card. Fairy meteor crush is unnecessary because toons attack directly. Reload isn't worth it. Otherwise, you can add in some staple game breakers like Mirror Force and such. Put in a Giant Trunade so you can take Toon World off the field w/o killing your monsters, removing a weakness. Toons in general are difficult to use in competitive play.
