Havoc Heli Broken???
Can someone please help me? My havoc heli is broken. It has 2 spinning blades, a large one and a small one. Then between the big one and the small one there is are two tiny connectors that connect them together. One of them broke. Should I return it? Don't tell me to call customer service. Or can I melt it back together.
Your best bet is to exchange it from where you got it, if you are still within refund/exchange warranty of the store if not/or contact Spin Master for a replacement part first.
If you try and repair it yourself and the repair doesn't work, it will be more difficult for you to return it to the store and Spin Master may consider the products warranty void because warranties do not cover modification or mis-use of the product. Also if you check your manual you will see it says they do not recommend disassembling or repairing for safety reasons.
